Baked to perfection baked pork buns - Yum !! I have had baked pork buns in at least 20 places around New York City and these are the best. The bun is light and airy but very moist. With the candied pork filling it almost melts in your mouth. Really. 1 of these and a drink is a nice snack. 2 of them could be filling and rich enough to be a whole meal. baked pork bun fresh from the oven
