The Shreaded Pork Bun

Have you ever even heard of a “Shreaded Pork Bun”? Well I first had this type of pork in Vietnam and it is a little like bacon bits. It is fully cooked with a slightly smokey flavor. Then it is dried and shaved. On top of a fresh bun it’s delicious and rich.
