The Cloud Building

This building is West of Bryant Park on 42nd Street. It was a perfect Sunday with and incredibly sunny sky and clouds that seemed to merge into this building.

The Shreaded Pork Bun

Have you ever even heard of a “Shreaded Pork Bun”? Well I first had this type of pork in Vietnam and it is a little like bacon bits. It is fully cooked with a slightly smokey flavor. Then it is dried and shaved. On top of a fresh bun it’s delicious and rich.

Crunchy Taro Bun

This is deep fried and so good, and probably just as bad if you are watching your sat fats. I just eat one.

Kids LOVE the hot dog buns !!

These things are neat and the kids just love them. A hot dog baked in a bun. Adults like me eat them too but when you have a very young child that is hard to feed, try one! The hot dog buns are also good because they don’t make a mess when youngsters are eating.
