Each of the galleries takes about 10 hours to make. I have 600 additional photos to process so I am adding a little every week. When this is done it will be a 2000 page website. Leave me some comments Yo !!
Mango Cake with Fruit Topping
June 17, 2008
Super Yum. This creation is almost too good looking to eat. Cakes like this are available every day from the cake window or they can be made in advance to your specifications. We prefer 24 hour advance calls for custom cakes. Of course large cakes may take a couple days prep.

Can you believe how beautiful this cake is?

The artistry that goes into the cake design is inspiring. The vivid colors I see at the Century Cafe are nothing like I’ve seen anywhere else. So bright and bold – really an edible form of artwork if there ever was one.
My first bubble tea
June 14, 2008
One of the most interesting drinks I’ve ever seen is called “bubble tea”. There are black beads or “pearls” or tapioca in the drink and it is served with a large diameter straw to slurp them. I have never actually seen one of these outside of Chinatown. Bubble drinks are actually more popular in Queens then they are in Manhattan. Bubble tea is really a generic term now as it does not have to be made with tea at all, it can be a fruit drink or a milk drink. I would call this a MUST DO ACTIVITY in New York’s Chinatown and the Century Cafe is a great place to buy one. They are available after 10:00 AM.
What is a Shrimp Noodle?

What in the world ? A simply combination of steamed rice crepe with a couple large shrimp tucked inside. Served with a secret recipe dark sweet sauce it is absolutely divine.
