This is the most popular snack cake with Asians IMHO. I see these all over Vietnam and China. It is incredibly fresh and spongy and the plastic wrap keeps it that way for a day or sometimes 2 if you don’t open it. There is a thin layer of cream filling so it is not too sugary.
