Another spectacular cake creation from Century Cafe and Bakery. This is one of the favorites in NYC’s Chinatown. Orange and vanilla combined on a cake. This can be made special for any occasion but you will frequently find one available as a walk-in to the store in Manhattan. This is the 2nd cake window in the Century Cafe and Bakery. We find snack sized treats and cake rolls here. There are usually changes to this window several times a day and you never know what you will find.

This is the most popular snack cake with Asians IMHO. I see these all over Vietnam and China. It is incredibly fresh and spongy and the plastic wrap keeps it that way for a day or sometimes 2 if you don’t open it. There is a thin layer of cream filling so it is not too sugary.
