We can make this to order with 1 day notice but this has been a popular style in the fall of 2009. Delicious vanilla cake inside and just the right amount of frosting outside. Chocolate Vanilla Cake with Fruit Topping and Shaved Chocolate

Another beautiful creation from Century Cafe and Bakery. I have never seen anything like this in a Manhattan Bakery outside of Chinatown. Notice the braised pineapple and the musical score on the homemade chocolate.

This is the 2nd cake window in the Century Cafe and Bakery. We find snack sized treats and cake rolls here. There are usually changes to this window several times a day and you never know what you will find.
