Zebra Pinstripes Cake

We can make this to order with 1 day notice but this has been a popular style in the fall of 2009. Delicious vanilla cake inside and just the right amount of frosting outside. Another spectacular cake creation from Century Cafe and Bakery. This is one of the favorites in NYC’s Chinatown. Orange and vanilla combined on a cake. This can be made special for any occasion but you will frequently find one available as a walk-in to the store in Manhattan. That cake window is always fabulous but I’m always expecting a new surprise every time I look. This one caught my eye the last time I was in the bakery. Cheers -

Chocolate Vanilla Cake with Fruit Topping and Shaved Chocolate

Another beautiful creation from Century Cafe and Bakery. I have never seen anything like this in a Manhattan Bakery outside of Chinatown. Notice the braised pineapple and the musical score on the homemade chocolate.

The 2nd Cake Window

This is the 2nd cake window in the Century Cafe and Bakery. We find snack sized treats and cake rolls here. There are usually changes to this window several times a day and you never know what you will find.
