Every year when I get home for Christmas (from Berlin, Germany) I just have to go to the Century Cafe and have their “shrimp noodle” (ha-churn). The quality is as high as some of the best dim-sum restaurants in Chinatown but costing less than half the price. My husband who’s German is crazy about this cafe and will go nowhere else for breakfast!

Thanks for your post Ryan… I’m going to rebuild this site soon and get some better pictures of the shrimp noodles. They are SO good. I am grateful for you post and I share the love for these things. The sauce is the BEST and the owner will sell you a bottle for 2 or 3 bucks. It’s not on the menu – tell them the webmaster Mal Milligan suggested it and I’m sure he will be happy to sell you some. Regards !!
